Vegan Christmas Protein Biscuits

It is not always easy to eat healthily or exercise enough - especially during the Christmas season. One problem with holiday sweets is that they contain a lot of carbs.

To remedy this problem, we're sharing a delicious biscuit recipe for biscuits that are rich in nutrients and low in sugar and fat. They are also gluten-free and vegan.

Ingredients for 5 Servings

  • 40 g peanut butter
  • 30 g of ground nuts
  • 15 g of protein powder
  • 1 T of agave syrup
  • 1 T almond milk
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp allspice


  1. Mix all the ingredients until a dough has formed.
  2. Try the dough to make sure it's as sweet as you would like and adjust according to taste.
  3. Roll out the dough on a non-stick baking tray or piece of baking paper. Cut out the biscuits using biscuit cutters.
  4. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for ten to twelve minutes until golden brown.
  5. Now comes the most important step: Let the biscuits cool completely. If you try to take them off the sheet before they are cool they'll crumble.
  6. Decorate and enjoy!
