Description
Lime is a citrus fruit that comes from Southeast Asia and is now cultivated in the tropics, Africa and Central America. Lime trees grow up to 5 meters high. Their fruits are juicier than lemons and they are highly prized for their intense flavour. They are also called the "Lemon of the Tropics" and are part of many famous cocktails as well as an important ingredient in Mexican and Southeast Asian cuisine.
