Eggnog Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 240 ml egg liqueur
  • 120 - 180 ml unsweetened almond milk (or skimmed milk)
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • Vanilla pulp from a vanilla pod

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until they combine.

Pumpkin Protein Shake

In English-speaking countries, pumpkin-flavoured food and drinks are very popular at Christmas time. Here is a shake recipe that was inspired by it.

Ingredients

  • 350 ml almond or skimmed milk
  • ⅓ cup of pumpkin puree
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Vanilla pulp from a vanilla pod
  • A handful of ice cubes (optional)

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until they combine.

Gingerbread-Flavoured Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 350 ml unsweetened almond milk (or skimmed milk)
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cloves
  • 1 pinch of ground nutmeg

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until combined.
