Recommended use:
- Never use boiling water to prepare SlimJOY teas! Pour fresh hot water (70-80 ° C) over a tea bag and let it steep for 5 minutes. We recommend using one teabag per cup.
Tip: Sensilab recommends drinking two cups of this tea per day - one cup of Live & Slim tea in the morning and one cup of Sleep & Slim tea in the evening.
