Kruut Wild Seeds consist of 100% nettle seeds sourced from organic wild harvesting. Through a particularly gentle production process in a wood-fired dryer followed by cryogenic cold-grinding in an eddy current mill, the valuable nutrients of the seeds are preserved as effectively as possible.
These seeds serve as a natural source of protein and can be easily integrated into your daily diet. Furthermore, the product is naturally rich in calcium, iron, and potassium. With its nutty aroma, this green topping complements both savory dishes and sweet treats.
