Description
Vitamin B-Complex by ZeinPharma® is a combination of high-quality vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, folic acid and biotin in optimum doses. The capsules are ideal as a general daily supplement. The capsules are vegan and free from colourings and preservatives.
Recommended dosage:
Swallow 1 capsule whole daily with a main meal.
Note:
- In rare cases, high doses of individual B vitamins (e.g. vitamin B6 or niacin) can temporarily cause reddening of the skin or gastrointestinal complaints in sensitive individuals.
- Some B vitamins can interact with certain medications. Please seek medical advice before taking this product if you regularly take medication.
