Glucosamine
In the human body, glucosamine is found in the connective tissue in the synovial fluid and the cartilage. It is a natural substance which is produced by fermentation. The body produces glucosamine, but glucosamine is also one of the most popular nutritional supplements worldwide. Chondroitin is also included in the supplement as the materials complement each other perfectly.
MSM
The acronym MSM stands for methyl sulfonyl methane and is designated as a natural, organic sulfur compound. Sulfur is an essential nutrient for the human body, however the body cannot produce the vital mineral. Therefore, sulfur must be supplied by our daily food intake.
