Description
Sponser's pure whey protein isolate is a lactose-free whey protein that is produced using cross-flow filtration. The powder scores with its protein content of 94% and a very high BCAA content. It is ideally suited for both strength and endurance sports.
Application:
Take up to approx. 30 minutes before and/or immediately after training or to supplement the daily protein intake as required.
Preparation:
Stir 25g powder into approx. 150 ml cold water or 20g powder into approx. 200ml milk and shake.
