Bitter orange extract contains Synephrine, a beta agonist (arouses ß Adrenoceptors). Synephrine increases the formation of heat (Thermogenesis) and the metabolic rate in the body. In conjunction with a diet and appropriate training, it supports the weight loss by reducing the fat content in the body.

Green Tea Extract contains caffeine, catechins and many polyphenols. Particularly the catechins are responsible for the positive effect. Catechins have the potential to intercept free radicals. Caffeine itself is a stimulant with a stimulating effect on the psyche, concentration, drive and fatigue.

L-Carnitin plays an important role in the energy metabolism. On the one hand, it serves as a taxi for long-chain fatty acids and on the other it binds degradation products of the metabolism and makes them able to eliminate.
