This oil is gently cold-pressed from Egyptian black cumin seeds. Since it is not filtered, it still contains all the valuable suspended matter and is thicker than filtered oils. The intense, slightly spicy taste is great for a wide variety of dishes. It is carefully dosed and pampers the palate.
Note: Swirl gently before use to distribute the sediments.
