Description
Free Amino delivers a mix of 17 free amino acids plus L-5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP). It does not contain L-tryptophan.
- 5-HTP is the precursor of the neurotransmitters serotonin and melatonin.
- Compared to the L-tryptophan in the brain this tryptophan arrives faster.
- It is not only absorbed better by the intestine, but also crosses the blood-brain barrier more easily.
- Free aminos are recommended for amino acid deficiencies that may be caused by poor nutrition or malnutrition.
Furthermore, it is recommended for:
- Mood swings
- Concentration and attention deficits
With the exception of L-cysteine, all aminos are not from animal sources.
Recommended use:
- take 1 or 2 capsules 1-3 times a day between meals.
