How does Life Light® MultiAll work?
- A characteristic feature is a newly developed "all in one" formula for a daily basis supply of vitamins, trace elements and minerals to complement your daily diet.

Vitamin complex
- Life Light® MultiAll is a high-quality vitamin blend with the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K, as well as the water-soluble B-vitamins and vitamin C.

Minerals and trace elements
- Trace elements are essential to life and are involved in important metabolic processes.
- Life Light® MultiAll contains a specially tuned mineral and trace element blend with potassium, manganese, zinc, selenium, chromium and molybdenum, as well as naturally bound calcium and magnesium in the optimum efficiency ratio 2: 1.
- The minerals phosphorus and sodium and the trace elements copper, iron and iodine were deliberately left out of the recipe so that Life Light® MultiAll can also be used by people with a controlled intake of these substances.
Vitaminoids- and enzyme complex
- As a special feature, Life Light ® MultiAll also contains alpha lipoic acid, L-carnitine, coenzyme Q10, and the plant enzymes bromelain and papain, and L-glutathione.
- Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) is also an endogenous substance, that occurs in all cells.
Recommended Use
- Take 2 capsules with plenty of water. Take for at least 3 months, consult your doctor if you wish to take longer.

I get all the required vitamins and minerals in just 1 capsule instead of having several container of supplements and not knowing if it’s too much or……….
In about 2 -3 month time I should see an improvement in my body, that’s how long it takes usually.
I am a German and I do like to get good products which your body will be thankful for
