Description
Boswellia serrata, also known as Indian frankincense, is found in India, Western Asia and parts of Africa. Boswellia resin forms in clumps as it is exposed to air after the tree bark has been scratched. In ancient times, this resin was even worth its weight in gold.
Recommended use:
- Take 1 capsule twice a day.
Notes:
- This product should not be taken during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
