Sonnentor Organic Matcha Tin

This finely milled matcha powder from Sonnentor offers an intense taste experience, ranging from light grassy and spinach-like notes to a subtle, refined bitterness. Traditionally, you whisk the powder with hot water until frothy using a special bamboo whisk, ideal for a small, meditative ceremony.

Preparation:

• Add 1 g of matcha powder to 100 ml of 80 °C hot water and mix until frothy.
