These capsules consist of cordyceps extract. Cordyceps, also known as Cordyceps sinensis or Chinese caterpillar fungus, is a tubular mushroom from the seed club group. These capsules contain the finely ground powder of the mushroom, which is gently produced and provides many nutrients.

Recommended consumption:
Take 2 capsules 2 times daily with plenty of liquid in the morning and at noon with meals.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light and out of the reach of children.
