Description
Elderberry 350mg Bios capsules contain 350mg of an elderberry extract standardised for anthocyanins in a hard gelatine capsule.
- The black elder (lat. Sambucus nigra) from the elder family (Sambucaceae) grows in alluvial forests and hedges, often near settlements and on nutrient-rich clay and loam soils.
- The berries of the black elder contain the purple pigment sambucyanin. This flavonoid, which belongs to the secondary plant substances, is mainly found in the peels of the berries (up to 60%).
- It is a spray-dried fruit extract of the black elder (Sambucus nigra).
Consumption recommendation:
Adults: take 1 capsule 2-3 times daily with liquid
