Description
This powder contains a variety of dietary fibres that you can add to smoothies, cereals or yoghurt every day. It is 100% vegan and completely neutral in taste which makes it pleasant to eat. The powder includes fibre from plant powders such as baobab, apple, oats, linseed and psyllium.
Recommended use:
Stir 15 g (approx. 2 heaped tablespoons) daily into juice, smoothie, yoghurt, cereal or soup and take with sufficient liquid. Alternatively, stir into plenty of water (at least 500 ml) and drink.
