ZIRP Insects Pancake Mix

This mix allows you to quickly whip up a tasty pancake batter. The mixture consists of high-quality ingredients like spelt flour and mealworm powder. No artificial flavouring, preservatives or flavour enhancers are used at all in the mix. It's perfect for a heavenly start to the day!

You'll need:

• Oat milk, vegetable milk or cow's milk
• Rapeseed oil
• Apple cider vinegar
• Powdered sugar
• A measuring cup

Preparation:

1. Mix the pancake mix with 250 ml oat milk (or cow's milk / water, etc.), 60 ml rapeseed oil and 30 ml apple cider vinegar in a bowl. Stir until smooth.
2. Heat the rapeseed oil in a pan.
3. Pour approx. 2 tablespoons of batter per pancake and bake over medium heat for approx. 30-40 seconds per side.
4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy.

Tip:

• Garnish the pancakes with fresh fruit or a few whole ZIRP insects and enjoy.

• If you have allergies to house dust mites, crustaceans, molluscs and shellfish, you should avoid eating these insects.
