Description
For the optimum daily dosage, ZeinPharma Vitamin B1 250 mg contains vitamin B1 as thiamine hydrochloride. With 318 mg thiamine hydrochloride per capsule, just one capsule per day meets your daily needs.
Recommended dosage:
Swallow 1 capsule whole daily with sufficient water, preferably with a meal.
Note:
- In rare cases, very high doses of vitamin B1 may cause gastrointestinal complaints or allergic reactions. However, vitamin B1 is well tolerated in the recommended dosage.
