Description
L-Tryptophan is an essential and long-chain amino acid that is a component of proteins. Our body cannot produce it ourselves, so we have to supplement it with our food. With the L-Tryptophan capsules by ZeinPharma®, you get a natural form of the amino acid from fermentation.
Recommended use:
- Take 1-2 capsules daily about 30 minutes before going to sleep.
Notes from the manufacturer:
- Taking L-tryptophan with carbohydrates, such as bread or juice, increases the uptake of L-tryptophan. Proteins, on the other hand, reduce the uptake.
- Do not take L-tryptophan with other substances that can affect serotonin content.
