Description
This salt is extracted from the foothills of the Himalayas. It is completely natural - i.e., is unbleached, unrefined and made without any chemicals. It corresponds to the German Codex Allimentarius.
The salt is made under fair conditions. Each individual chunk of salt is carefully selected by hand, washed several times and then sun-dried. It is then gently processed into grains of salt.
