Description
The cocoa beans used for this cocoa mass come from Peru and contain natural antioxidants. The high-quality cocoa mass has a wonderful flavour.
- The de-shelled and ground cocoa beans are gently ground at a low temperature. A press then separates the cocoa mass from the butter. No additives are necessary.
Recommended use:
- The cocoa mass has an intense flavour and can be used sparingly to make desserts, ice cream and chocolates. The organic criollo cocoa mass is also great in smoothies.
