Solaray's vegan and gluten-free Turmeric Phytosome™ ProSorb (curcumin) capsules contain sunflower lecithin and 500 mg Meriva® with a guaranteed curcuminoid content of 20% (100 mg) per capsule.

Phytosome formulas can help nutrients pass smoothly through the digestive tract to improve absorption by the body.

Recommended dosage:
Take 1 capsule daily with a glass of water. If necessary, 2 capsules can be taken daily.
