Nature's Plus-egg yolk lecithin has been made to meet customer demands. Only lecithin from eggs of the highest quality is used for the manufacture of this product.

Lecithins are phospholipids or fat-like substances that are composed of fatty acids, glycerol, phosphoric acid and other components such as choline or amino acids.
Lecithins are involved in the construction and renovation and for the distribution of lipids. As natural emulsifiers, they are able to simultaneously interact with both water and oil.

Recommended use:
