Description

These chia seeds are particularly versatile and can be added to lots of great recipes. As they contain protein and omega-3 fatty acids, they are perfect as a supplement to a balanced diet. The seeds are harvested in South America, mostly in Argentina, Ecuador, Bolivia and Paraguay and are very carefully processed.

Recommended use:

  • Enjoy a maximum of 15g chia seeds per day. Try adding the small superfood seeds to your smoothie,cereal or baked goods.

Acai Chia Pudding:

Preparation time: approx. 5 minutes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon acai powder
  • 2 tbsp plant-based yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of plant-based milk
  • Optional: 1 dash of agave syrup
  • Toppings of your choice

Preparation:

  1. Place all ingredients in a mason jar or bowl
  2. Adjust the amounts of the ingredients depending on how thick you want the pudding to be
  3. Let it sit for 3-4 hours or overnight, then enjoy.
