Description
These chia seeds are particularly versatile and can be added to lots of great recipes. As they contain protein and omega-3 fatty acids, they are perfect as a supplement to a balanced diet. The seeds are harvested in South America, mostly in Argentina, Ecuador, Bolivia and Paraguay and are very carefully processed.
Recommended use:
- Enjoy a maximum of 15g chia seeds per day. Try adding the small superfood seeds to your smoothie,cereal or baked goods.
Acai Chia Pudding:
Preparation time: approx. 5 minutes
Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon acai powder
- 2 tbsp plant-based yogurt
- 1/2 cup of plant-based milk
- Optional: 1 dash of agave syrup
- Toppings of your choice
Preparation:
- Place all ingredients in a mason jar or bowl
- Adjust the amounts of the ingredients depending on how thick you want the pudding to be
- Let it sit for 3-4 hours or overnight, then enjoy.
