Description
These chia seeds are obtained from organic farming and are natural. Popular as a superfood, they are used for baking, baked goods and muesli. Also ideal for a gluten-free diet.
Use:
- The gluten-free chia seeds swell with plenty of water to form a gel-like mass. They are therefore often used as an additive in mueslis, smoothies, bread and baked goods. According to the EU regulation on novel foods EG 258/97, you should not consume more than 15 g / day.
