Good for the connective tissue!
Connection, elastin and glycosaminoglycans is designed to support the connective tissue components. Connective tissue is the "glue" that holds together the cells and forms such as the cartilage. The matrix supplies all essential nutrients including glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate, elastin and glycosaminoglycans.
Vitamins and minerals act as free radical scavenger, catalysts and regulators in the complicated connective tissue metabolism. Only the vitamin C allows the conversion of the amino acids proline and lysine in blocks of collagen.
Bromelain, an proteolytic enzyme from the pineapple, supports repair of the connective tissue mechanisms.
N-acetyl-D-glucosamine, a disaccharide, participates in the formation of hyaluronic acid. This is part of the synovial fluid and neutralizes free radicals.
Weißdorn (engl. Hawthorn) acts as vasodilator, thereby enabling the supply of vital substances through the blood vessels as well as the removal of metabolic waste products.
