Description
Arthro Basic by LIFE LIGHT® is a carefully balanced formulation of carefully selected vitamins, minerals, amino acids and enzymes. Manganese, zinc and copper contribute to the maintenance of normal bones and connective tissue. Vitamin C supports normal collagen formation for bones and cartilage, while vitamin D also contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. Selenium and vitamin E act as antioxidants that protect cells from oxidative stress. The formulation is enriched with folic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin B2 and niacin.
Recommended intake:
Take 2 capsules daily - either 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal - with plenty of water.
