Description
This carefully balanced alkaline tea blend includes selected ingredients such as lemon balm, nettle and hawthorn with delicate cowslip flowers. Eucalyptus, fennel and other plant-based ingredients complete the composition. The varied herbal blend is ideal for enjoyable breaks during the day and can be easily incorporated into your usual routine.
Preparation:
- Pour boiling water over 1 heaped teaspoon, approx. 1 to 2 g.
- Steep for 10 minutes, then strain.
- Drink 1 cup of tea between meals 3 to 4 times daily.
