Description
An outstanding advantage of the coenzyme Q10 capsules 60 mg by ZeinPharma®: The coenzyme Q10 is obtained in a completely natural fermentation process from yeast. The yeast fermentation provides a coenzyme Q10 whose structure is completely identical to the coenzyme Q10 occurring in the body.
Recommended dosage:
- Swallow 2 capsules daily with plenty of water or juice - do not chew. Ideally, take before or with a meal. As Q10 is fat-soluble, it may be useful to take it with a meal containing a little fat or oil. You can take the capsules at the same time or spread out over the course of the day.
- Alternatively, you can open the capsule and take the powder directly. Please note, however, that the powder does not dissolve well in water and is highly staining.
