Description
Perfect for quick meals and for a variety of recipes, couscous is a great ingredient to have in every pantry. The wholegrain durum wheat semolina is pre-cooked, rolled into pellets and dried. It takes only 5-10 minutes to cook. The mild aroma makes it ideal as a side dish with vegetables and chicken. It is also delicious in salads, casseroles, soups and oriental dishes.
Preparation recommendation:
Pour twice the amount of boiling salted water over 150 g couscous. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it has absorbed the water.
