Description
Provides 100 mg of a standardized extract from the bark of the Rhamnus purshiana tree with 25-30% (25-30 mg) hydroxyanthracene derivatives.
Recommended use:
- Take 1 capsule (daily).
- Capsules can be taken less than once daily as well.
- Take Cascara Sagrada 6-8 hours before you wish to see the effects. You may only need to take half a capsule to see effects.
- Children should refrain from use.
- Do not use during pregnancy, acute inflammatory bowel disease, appendicitis or abdominal pain of unknown origin.
Note: In general, dietary supplements such as Cascara Sagrada are only for temporary use, never for extended periods of time.
