• The mushroom is not only a well-known food but is also highly valued as a medicine. It contains conjugated linoleic acid CLA, lectin and polysaccharides.
• Moreover, mushrooms are rich in amino acids, contain vitamins B, C, D, E and K, niacin and biotin as well as minerals and trace elements.
