Description
This powder consists of the fruiting body of Coprinus comatus, which comes from China. What makes it special is that it contains a lot of protein and vitamin C - something that is rather rare in mushrooms. But essential amino acids, iron, magnesium, calcium as well as the B vitamins niacin, thiamine and riboflavin are also nutrients of Coprinus. The fully matured mushroom body is gently dried and then finely ground. Pure and natural food supplement!
Recommended intake:
- Add 1-2 heaped teaspoons of mushroom powder to plenty of liquid daily and drink.
- The powder can also be mixed with food (1 tsp corresponds to approx. 2g powder).
