Description
The Neem Tree belongs to the mahogany family. It bears white coloured flowers and fruits which are reminiscent of olives. The Neem powder is ideal for natural hair and skin care.
Recommendations for use:
- As a hair care product, a small amount of powder is mixed with warm water and applied to the hair. The mass is then left to act for 20 - 60 minutes.
- For a full bath, put 2 - 4 tablespoons of powder in a tub of water.
- For a face mask, mix the powder with water to form a paste - apply on the face and leave on for 15 minutes, then wash the mask off.
- Neem can also be used for exfoliation (1 teaspoon of neem powder mixed with 1 teaspoon of salt) to clean the skin or to clean the teeth.
- You can also add some powder to a toothpaste.
