An Omega 3 Concentrate capsule contains:
- 300 mg EPA
- 200 mg DHA
- and 14 mg of vitamin E
EPA and DHA (eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid) contribute to a normal heart health. Good Omega 3 sources include fatty cold-water fish such as mackerel, herring and sardines.
- Vitamin E helps to protect the cells.
Recommended use:
- Take 1 capsule daily with some liquid, unchewed.
- Take with breakfast or lunch.
