Description
The prickly pear, technically called opuntia ficus-indica, belongs to the plant genus Opuntia (Opuntia) and originally comes from Mexico. Its fruit can grow up to 10cm and is greenish to red-brownish in colour, depending on the degree of ripeness.
The prickly pear capsules from Bios contain
- 200mg cactus flower powder
- 50mg cactus fruit powder (CactiNea®) &
- 6mg of pure vitamin E (obtained from soy).
Hard gelatine capsules are used as the capsule material, which are made from BSE / TSE-tested pharmaceutical gelatine.
The capsules are made without colouring or preservatives.
Consumption recommendation:
Take 1 - 2 capsules 3 times a day with sufficient liquid.
