Description
The capsules contain 100 mg L-leucine, 200 mg L-isoleucine and 100 mg L-valine in a hard gelatin capsule. The three amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine are summarized under the term "BCAA".
- L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine are derived from raw materials of non-animal origin by fermentation or protein hydrolysis.
Recommended use:
- Adults: take up to 3 x 1 capsule in between meals with water.
- When exercising, divide your daily intake before and immediately after training with sufficient fluid.
