Description

The field horsetail or horsetail (Equisetum arvense) is widespread in the temperate zones of the northern hemisphere. The plant is rich in mineral components (over 10%), about 2/3 of which are silica (10% water-soluble silicates) and potassium salts. Other ingredients are flavonoids, traces of alkaloids and rarely dicarboxylic acids.

Horsetail Bios capsules contain 225mg dry horsetail extract in a hard gelatin capsule.

Consumption recommendation :
Adults: take 3 x 1 capsule daily with liquid
