Bitter capsules contain a mixture of fennel extract, peppermint leaf extract, yarrow extract from leaves and flowers, caraway powder and anise extract in a hard gelatine capsule.

Description of raw materials

• The fennel extract is obtained from Foeniculum vulgare and has an essential oil content of 2%, just like the peppermint leaf extract from Mentha piperita has an essential oil content of 2%.
• An extract with an extract ratio of 4:1 is used for yarrow (Achillea millefolium) and aniseed (Pimpinella anisum).
• The extracts, like the caraway powder (Carum carvi), meet high-quality requirements.

Consumption recommendation:
Take 1 capsule 3 times a day
To achieve a greater bitter effect, the capsules can also be opened and the contents consumed with a large glass of water.

• In the case of hypersensitivity to umbellifers and composites, it is not advisable to take them.
