These tablets contain pregnenolone in small crystals in a lipid matrix. The natural hormone pregnenolone is the precursor for both the male and female sex hormones. These vegetarian and gluten-free tablets contain pregnenolone obtained from wild yam.
Recommended dose:
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal or as directed by your doctor.
