Description
LipoPhos® EDTA contains liposomal phospholipids (LPL) and sodium EDTA. This liquid formulation comes in a convenient squeeze bottle for easy dosage.
Recommended dosage:
Drink 30 to 90 ml per week mixed with cranberry juice or lemonade. Or as directed by a doctor.
Important specific information:
- EDTA is known to affect the mineral balance, so appropriate substitution is recommended. Higher doses or long-term use require the advice of a qualified doctor or pharmacist and regular monitoring of liver and kidney function.
- LipoPhos EDTA is generally very well tolerated. Occasionally, soft stools, diarrhoea, constipation or loss of appetite have been observed. This can usually be avoided by taking it with a meal.
