Use:
Ideal for thickening soups and sauces, as well as to make pancakes, patties, spreads, bread dough, pizza dough and pasta dough.
Tip:
When baking, up to 50% of the grain flour can be replaced with this red lentil flour. For best results, use around 20% more lentil flour than wheat flour. Red lentil flour can be used in combination with other flours or on its own.
