Abtei Chamomile Concentrate contains high-quality extract from genuine chamomile. This versatile concentrate is suitable for use in skin, hair, and oral care.
Directions for use:
Oral care:
Dilute 1 teaspoon (approx. 5 ml) of chamomile concentrate in 100 ml of water. Use for rinsing or gargling.
Skin care:
Dilute 1 tablespoon (approx. 15 ml) in 500 ml of water. Gently apply to affected skin using a clean cloth.
Hair care:
Dilute 1 tablespoon (approx. 15 ml) in 500 ml of water and use as a hair rinse.
Partial soaking/baths:
Dissolve 2 tablespoons (approx. 30 ml) of chamomile concentrate in 1 litre of water and use as an additive for soaking the feet, hands or as a Sitz bath.
