Description
L-tryptophan is an essential long-chain amino acid that is a component of proteins. Our body cannot produce it, so we have to get it from an external source. The L-tryptophan in the capsules from ZeinPharma® is obtained from natural fermentation.
Recommended dose:
Take 1 capsule daily around 30 minutes before going to bed with sufficient liquid.
Note:
L-tryptophan should not be taken at the same time as 5-HTP or other medications that can affect serotonin levels.
