Description
The vegan Griffonia simplicifolia 5-HTP capsules contain no artificial preservatives, colourings or flavourings. They contain pure African black bean seed extract. 5-HTP is a precursor of serotonin and is directly converted in the body.
Recommended dose:
Swallow 1 capsule whole daily with sufficient liquid with or between meals.
