Description
Each Folate capsule from ZeinPharma contains 400 μg of patented Quatrefolic® folic acid. It is suitable for long-term use and ideal during pregnancy. One pack contains a 4-month supply (120 days). The capsules are vegan and free from magnesium stearate and preservatives.
Good to know
Folic acid is also known as vitamin B9, vitamin M or vitamin B11.
Recommended dose:
Swallow 1 capsule whole daily with a meal and plenty of water. Alternatively, you can open the capsules and take the powder with a meal or drink.
Note:
In case you are also taking other medications, you should consult a doctor before taking Quatrefolic®. Drug interactions may occur with anti-epileptic drugs, methotrexate or contraceptive pills.
