Description
The formula consists of the ashwagandha root extract, also known as sleeping berry, winter cherry or Indian ginseng. Thanks to the particularly gentle extraction process, the hydrophilic and lipophilic components of the plant are retained. In Ayurveda, ashwagandha has been valued as rasayana for centuries.
Recommended dosage:
Take 1 capsule daily unchewed with sufficient water, with or between meals.
Notes:
- Contains milk to optimise the extraction of fat-soluble components of the root. This also reduces bitter substances.
- This product is not suitable for people who are taking medication with reciprocal effect (e.g. tranquillisers or thyroid medication).
- In rare cases, ashwagandha may cause mild stomach discomfort or allergic reactions.
