Recommended intake:
Adults: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) daily with or after a meal. In the first 2 weeks, you can also take 2 teaspoons per day.
Children 1 year & older: 1/4 teaspoon daily
Children 7 years & older: 1/2 teaspoon daily
