Description
Erythritol Light is the perfect alternative for nutrition-conscious people who pay special attention to their calorie balance! Xucker Light Erythritol comes from France, is calorie-free & is produced without genetic engineering. It is also the ideal sweetener for diabetics due to its blood sugar neutral properties. In Japan, erythritol has been used in many foods and treatments since the 90s.

Recommendation for use:
Erythritol can be used as a sugar substitute, whereby 1g erythritol corresponds to approx. 0.7g sugar. For cakes and pastries, it is recommended not to exceed 25% by weight. Alternatively, it can also be mixed 1:1 with xylitol, in which case it is perfect for baking!
Tip:
It should not be used for making jam/marmalade.
